Is your program accredited?

The Ohio and Illinois Centers for Broadcasting are accredited by the ACCSCT, as well as in our 21st year in business.

What type of program does your school offer?

At the Ohio and Illinois Centers for Broadcasting, we offer a 10 month, intensive, hands-on program covering all aspects of radio and television broadcasting.

When are your classes held?

The Ohio and Illinois Centers for Broadcasting offer a selection of class times to meet your schedule. Classes are three days a week, Monday through Friday, and they are offered during the day, afternoon, and evenings. Choose a school to find out exact class schedules.

Is financial aid available?

Yes, to those who qualify.

Does OICB offer job placement assistance after graduation?

Job placement assistance is offered to graduates who qualify.

What is the usual class size?

Unlike a typical 2 or 4 year college, the Ohio and Illinois Centers for Broadcasting offer individualized attention with classes averaging 24-28 students!!

Do I get a diploma after graduation?

Yes.

What kind of internships do you offer?

The Ohio and Illinois Centers for Broadcasting offers internships and assists students in obtaining them. Through our help, students find internships with local radio and television stations, along with audio/video work for professional sports teams.

Do you honor scholarships?

Our broadcast centers will honor scholarships if they qualify with our school's curriculum.

Do you have any type of housing?

The Ohio and Illinois Centers for Broadcasting do not have any on-campus housing, but we will work with you in finding a suitable and affordable place to live.
